Introduction
Jade is a damage dealer who can designate a single ally as a Debt Collector. By attacking enemy targets, either through herself or the Debt Collected, she gains Charges, which trigger follow-up attacks. When Jade activates her Talent’s follow-up attack, she immediately gain stackable effects that increase her Crit DMG and ATK.
Skills Overview
Basic Attack – Lash of Riches
Deals Quantum DMG equal to 45%—99% of Jade’s ATK to a single target enemy, and Quantum DMG equal to 15%—33% of Jade’s ATK to adjacent enemies.
Skill – Acquisition Surety
Makes a single target ally become the Debt Collector and increases their SPD by 30, lasting for 3 turn(s).
After the Debt Collector attacks, deals 1 instance of Additional Quantum DMG equal to 15%—27% of Jade’s ATK to each enemy target hit, and consumes the Debt Collector’s HP by an amount equal to 2% of their Max HP. If the current HP is insufficient, reduces HP to 1.

TLDR
Jade can be said to be a Sub-DPS while also buffing the Main DPS of the team. Her core kit is the Talent and Ultimate. But let’s talk about all of them in much more easier notion to understand.
Her Basic ATK: Deal Blast DMG and what she usually uses after using Skill on a teammate.
Her Skill: Make an ally a Debt Collector, increase their SPD, and deal additional Quantum DMG. It’s not recommended to use Skill on herself since it doesn’t have any benefit. That’s why she requires another DPS on the team.
Her Talent: Her main damage output. When Jade and the Debt Collector attack an enemy, Jade will gain 1 point of Charge (If they attack 5 enemies, Jade will gain 5 points of Charge). Once Jade has 8 Charges, she will consume those stacks and deal a Follow-Up Attack. In addition, Jade will also gain stacks of Pawned Asset, with each stack increasing her Crit DMG. In other words, USE HER FUA TO GAIN FREE CRIT DMG.
Her Ultimate: Deals AoE DMG to all enemies and also increase her Talent’s FuA DMG multiplier by a huge percentage. The latter is what we want since as mentioned before, her Talent is her main damage output.
