There are many achievements in Honkai: Star Rail version 2.3, I will divide the table according to each series. But the numbers will continue from each table so you can check the Table of Content for a specific achievement easily.

The Rail Unto the Stars
All the achievements in The Rail Unto the Stars can be obtained by completing the Trailblaze Missions – Farewell, Penacony.
1) All the Flowers are Dying
Here’s to the departed, toasting the bitter reality. You can either get this achievement or ‘It’s a Wonderful Life.’
※ Crafting the special drink “Bitter Dreams”
2) It’s a Wonderful Life
Here’s to the departed, toasting the honeyed tomorrow. You can either get this achievement or ‘All the Flowers are Dying.’
※ Crafting the special drink “Drowning Sweetness”
3) Going my Way
Encounter the Astral Express unexpectedly. You can either get this achievement or ‘On the Road.’
※ As Firefly, run into the Express Crew on the Radiant Feldspar
4) On the Road
Pass by the Astral Express. You can either get this achievement or ‘Going my Way.’
※ As Firefly, focus on finding the “Bonajade Exchange” aboard the Radiant Feldspar.
5) Ship of Fools
Add new footnotes to our destinies.
6) Tell Me, O Muse
Decide upon the next stop at Penacony.
Eager for Battle
7) Planet of Festivities Special Team
Win 1 battle(s) with a team comprising Topaz & Numby, Dr. Ratio, Aventurine, and Jade.
For those who didn’t have (or didn’t plan on pulling for Jade), you can try the Stellar Shimmer 7th stage ‘Incremental Repetition’ that will open tomorrow. Jade will definitely be a Trial character there so if you have the remaining 3 characters, you can get this achievement. If you don’t, well, you can’t get this achievement.
8) Save the Cat!
Win 1 battle(s) with a team comprising Silver Wolf, Blade, Kafka, and Firefly.
9) The Contractor
In a single battle, reduce an ally’s HP to 1 when they are under the Debt Collector effect from Jade’s Skill. This is possible even in her trial stage as can be seen in the video above.
(1) Use Jade’s Skill and choose Herta as the Debt Collector.
(2) Then, keep using Herta’s Basic Attack (not Skill) so she will only attack one enemy. If you use Herta’s Skill, this stage will end much faster and you might not get the achievement.
(3) It’s also RNG but hopefully, the enemy will keep attacking Herta so her HP will be low and almost under 10%.
(4) Last but not least, don’t heal Herta since you need to get her to 1% HP.
10) Go Now, A— SAM
Use ally Firefly in combat against boss Kafka and be Dominated by her. You can find Kafka in Simulated Universe World 5 and Forgotten Hall (The Xianzhou Luofu) Stage 6. Don’t bring a shielder who can provide CC safety like Fu Xuan or Aventurine. It’s best if you bring at most 2 characters so Firefly has a higher chance to be targeted by Kafka.
11) I Will… Set the Seas Ablaze!
In a single battle, use Fyrefly Type-IV: Deathstar Overload 4 time(s) before the Complete Combustion state ends while using SAM. Deathstar Overload is Firefly’s Enhanced Skill during her Ultimate. In other words: Use Ultimate to enter Complete Combustion State > Use her Enhanced Skill 4 times before she ends her Ultimate state.
12) Seeing Summer
Win 1 battle(s) with a team comprising Firefly and Trailblazer.

13) Host’s Choice
Before gaining ownership of Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand, sprint and play in its swimming pool and get reprimanded. Run in the swimming pool for around ~10 seconds. You can only get either this achievement or ‘Guest’s Choice.’ If you already completed the new Trailblaze Mission (and maybe the Cloud-Bound Heart mission), you can get the Guest’s Choice. If you haven’t completed the mission yet, you will get Host’s Choice.
14) Guest’s Choice
After gaining ownership of Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand, sprint and play in its swimming pool.

16) No Business on Continental Grounds
Complete the Adventure Mission “Checking Out.” After completing the Trailblaze Mission “Farewell, Penacony,” read the message from The Astral Express Family to start this mission. From then, just continue with the flow of the quest navigation to complete the mission and get this achievement.
17) Requiem of the Rose
Complete the Adventure Mission “Grim Film of Finality.” You should get this achievement after completing the Trailblaze Mission “Farewell, Penacony.”
18) My Captain, My Ship
Complete the Adventure Mission “Cloud-Bound Hearts.” You can start the quest by talking to the Female Secretary after completing the Trailblaze Mission
19) Unplanned Group Photo
Take a group photo during the Origami Bird Clash event. Complete the Event Mission and you will naturally get this achievement.
20) Omega Ruby
During the Origami Bird Clash event, place Silbird Wolf, Birefly, and Trailbirder on arcade machines of the same side. Once you play the event and obtain said Origami Birds, go to the arcade on the F2 of the Radiant Feldspar and choose the option ‘Initiate DIY Function’ to place the respective birds on top of the machine.
21) Alpha Sapphire
During the Origami Bird Clash event, place Trailbirder and March Bird on arcade machines adjacent to each other. This one is similar to the previous one, just place the two mentioned birds beside each other.
22) Easy As Pie
During the Origami Bird Clash event, trigger Origami Bird abilities 30 time(s) in a single match. You can get this in Multiplayer Bonanza game mode.
23) Angry Origami Birds
During the Origami Bird Clash event, manually trigger bomb combos 15 time(s) in a single match. You can get this in Multiplayer Bonanza game mode.
24) For the Birds
During the Origami Bird Clash event, achieve a Combat Power value of 300 in a single match. You can get this in Multiplayer Bonanza game mode.
25) Origami Zoo
Obtain victory in all Open Challenges in the Origami Bird Clash Event.
26) A Star is Born
Appoint the appropriate performers on the stage of Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. Interact with Mr. Double Bass on the stage north of The Radiant Feldspar and choose any option you like. After that dialogue, talk to Mr. Double Bass once again and this time chooses the ‘I met a lady at the Dreamflux Reef…’ option to get this achievement.
If you haven’t met her yet, you can find her at Dreamflux Reef near the Origami Birds gathering.
27) Need for Speed
Park your car in the exclusive parking space at Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. If you have never bought a car before in Penacony, you can do so by purchasing one from Daisy in the Golden Hour.
After that, go to the Radiant Feldspar and investigate the parking space next to the wall and the trash can.
28) Family Cinema
Use the projector on Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand and invite the Express Crew to take a look. Interact with the Projector in one of the rooms in B1 and a Family Attendant will come to your side.
Keep talking to her until there’s an option to choose ‘Invite the entire Astral Express Crew!” After that, choose any scene you want and you will get this achievement.
29) Eighteen Lordly Trashcans
Complete all Trashcan of Trials’s challenges on Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. Interact with all the trash cans in Penacony’s Radiant Feldspar. If you still didn’t get this achievement after interacting with the 2 trash cans, then you should interact with all the trash cans in other sub-areas.
30) LuckEx
Receive the package delivered by Aventurine on Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. Complete the Cloud-Bound Heart Adventure Mission to obtain this achievement. You can start the quest by talking to the Female Secretary after completing the Trailblaze Mission
31) Astral Express Night Live
Purchase Lil’ Brother Hanu TV with golden capsule coins and install it in the coach of the Astral Express. Teleport to Dreamflux Reef in Penacony and talk to Graysen to buy a Television (Limited Edition). You need to use Golden Limited – Aideen Token so you can check the guide here on how to get all available golden token: All 7 Golden Limited – Aideen Token
After that, go to the Passenger Cabin in Astral Express and put the television on the shining spot and you will get this achievement.
32) The Invisible Guest
Transform into Brother Hanu and enter other Crew members’ rooms. Following after the previous achievement, turn into Hanu in the Passenger Cabin and enter any of the available room (Dan Heng and March 7th’s room).
33) Self-Funded Merch
Obtain Trailblazer’s captain merchandise. After completing the Cloud-Bound Heart Adventure Mission, talk to the Snack Vendor on the first floor in Radiant Feldspar and buy the ‘Knights of Loose Change’ to get this achievement.
34) Shadow Captain
Speak with Trailblazer’s Captain Billboard. Find “Mini Captain” near the pool on the first floor of the Radiant Feldspar and talk to it to get the achievement.
35) Beneath the Black Mirror
Activate surveillance in the control room and observe the hull of Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. Investigate the blue sphere in the control room and you will get this achievement.
36) Return to Glory
Rename the Radiant Feldspar and change its empennage’s paint scheme. Complete the Cloud-Bound Heart Adventure Mission to obtain this achievement. You can start the quest by talking to the Female Secretary after completing the Trailblaze Mission
37) Invisible Cities
Use the telescope on Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. Use the telescope on F2 of the airship to get this achievement.
38) My Heart Will Go On
Look into the distance from the bow of Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. Go to the Origami Birds gathering north of the Radiant Feldspar and investigate near the two not-so-romantic birds.
39) Utter Horror Story
Read all of Bella’s Emotions with Clockwork. You can find Bella in the Main Banquet Hall of The Radiant Felspar. Adjust her emotions using Clockwork to all emotions (including her initial anger) to get this achievement.
40) The Evil Within
Read all of Stefano’s Happy Emotions with Clockwork. You can find Stefano near the Ball Buoy on the outside part of The Radiant Felspar. Talk to him and change his emotion to Happy.
41) Gold Coins of Starlight
Collect all the golden capsule coins on Penacony. There are 7 Golden Limited – Aideen Token. You can check on all locations for these tokens here: All 7 Golden Limited – Aideen Token
42) O Captain! My Captain
Enter the Captain’s quarters on Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand for the first time. Complete the Cloud-Bound Heart Adventure Mission to obtain this achievement. You can start the quest by talking to the Female Secretary after completing the Trailblaze Mission
Fathom the Unfathomable
43) Balloons, Towards Tomorrow~
Break the special Boss Stone balloon at Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. You can see the balloon at the bottom floor (B1) of the Radiant Feldspar and use Natasha to aim at the balloon.
44) Alas, Not a Concert Band
Rescue the Boss Ticker on Radiant Feldspar / The Trailblaze’s Stern / The Tatalov / The Soaring Clock Hand. First of all, you need to collect 21 Eerie Building Blocks in the latest area and get the message from ??? to start the Dreams and the Art of Clock Maintenance (II) Adventure Mission. After that, solve the Dreamticker puzzle to get the achievement. The solution for this puzzle has already been included here: All Treasure Chests in Penacony (The Radiant Feldspar)
